Last night, the paparazzi saw Keith Urban at Sydney Airport. This has led many people to think he may be the exceptional performer at Toowoomba’s “It’s A Bloke Thing” luncheon, which is highly anticipated.
Later that day, he touched down at Wellcamp Airport to a group of 500 excited people, each of whom had paid $1 to attend this one-of-a-kind event dedicated to raising awareness and funding for prostate cancer research.
This is a cause close to Urban’s heart; his father, Robert, died of the disease in December 2015, and several family members have also been affected. Keith Urban, a well-known country singer-songwriter, recently returned to his home country of Australia to support the It’s a Bloke Thing Foundation.
Since its start seven years ago, this charity event has raised millions to fund prostate cancer awareness and research.
