Eva Amurri, daughter of Susan Sarandon and Franco Amurri, married Ian Hock in a beautiful garden-themed ceremony in Hudson Valley on June 29. Eva, 39, wore a glamorous corset wedding gown but faced criticism online, with some calling it “inappropriate” and “tasteless.”
Despite this, she shared her excitement on Instagram, describing it as “Officially The intimate ceremony featured 40 guests, including her children, Marlowe Mae, Major James, and Mateo Antoni Martino, who played special roles.
” The couple also incorporated a “ring blessing” where guests passed their wedding rings around to “put good energy into them.” Eva and Ian focused on creating a personal and family-centered day, saying, “We really wanted to center our little family unit in all of it.” The French garden party-inspired event featured a curated menu by Grounded Catering, with Hudson Valley duck, cedar plank salmon, and a selection of local cheeses and charcuterie.
For the reception, Eva changed into a second Kim Kassas dress with feather trim and sparkles, paired with custom Nike Air Force Ones.
The couple shared their first dance to Taylor Swift’s “Lover” and a family dance to “Joy” by Andy Grammer, highlighting their close bond.
