Carrie Underwood’s Son Practices Tae Bo

Carrie Underwood, 39, of country music fame, recently uploaded a cute video of her 3-year-old son exercising out to an old Tae Bo DVD. Carrie noted in the Instagram post that her son, Jake, discovered one of her old Tae Bo DVDs and decided to do a quick morning workout. Jake appears to be following in his mother’s footsteps in terms of remaining active and healthy!

Jake can be seen in the video attempting to mimic the techniques of the Tae Bo teacher. After a few seconds, he couldn’t stop himself from breaking into a dance motion and crashing onto a nearby sofa. Many parents throughout the world are familiar with this sight, as children frequently have their own unique ways of exercising.

Jacob Bryan Fisher, Carrie Underwood’s youngest son, will turn four years old in just two weeks. With a father who was a professional athlete and a mother who is passionate about health and fitness, it’s no surprise that Jake has an early interest in physical activity. Carrie has her own fitness app and is set to release a book about health and fitness called “Find Your Path” in 2020.

While it’s unclear if Jake will follow in his father’s athletic footsteps or his mother’s fitness path, one thing is certain: he’s off to a great start. And who knows, maybe Jake will follow Carrie’s lead and become an astronaut, as she implied in an earlier Instagram post about their family’s visit to the NASA Space Center.

Carrie Underwood just finished the first leg of her acclaimed ‘The Denim & Rhinestones Tour’ in San Francisco. Don’t worry, she’ll be back on the road shortly, with the second leg of the tour kicking up in February. The tour will take her to locations across the country, including Miami, Atlanta, and Nashville. Carrie’s devotion to her music and followers is very inspiring!
